1. Designation of Agent

We have designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement as follows:

2. Notifications of Claimed Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on YayIt’sKeto.com, you may notify our designated agent in writing. Your notification must include the following information:

* A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly infringed;
* A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
* A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on YayIt’sKeto.com, including the URL(s) of the webpage(s) where the material appears;
* Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
* A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
* A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

3. Counter-Notifications

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

* Your physical or electronic signature;
* A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
* A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
* Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
* A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
